- Instagram data: Instagram username, user ID, access tokens (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM)
- Conversation data: Instagram DM messages processed by our AI agent, guest list information (names, group sizes, ages)
- Integration data: Telegram bot tokens (encrypted), Attendium API keys (encrypted)
- Usage data: API call logs, token usage metrics
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide AI-powered Instagram DM automation for nightclub guest list management
- To process and respond to incoming Instagram direct messages on behalf of connected venues
- To manage guest lists, table reservations, and safety escalations
- To send notifications via Telegram (if configured)
- To generate invoices and manage billing
4. Data Storage & Security
- All sensitive credentials (Instagram tokens, Telegram bot tokens, API keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with versioned encryption keys
- Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
- All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
- Access to data is restricted by multi-tenant isolation — each venue can only access its own data
5. Data Retention
Conversation data and guest records are retained for 90 days from creation, after which they are automatically purged. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To request data deletion:

- OpenRouter: For AI model inference (message processing)
- Telegram: For sending notifications to venue managers

- Neon: For PostgreSQL database hosting
